What do you want to know? Creating menus for a Blu-ray is one of the most complex things to do when authoring a Blu-ray. (Of course, it always depends on the complexity of the menu.)
The most important thing is that you should be familiar with Photoshop and its concept of layers. Once you understand what the structure needs to look like for Scenarist Designer to create a menu from it, you'll be well on your way.
When you install the Designer plug-in, a folder of files and templates is also created. It is located in the Scenarist folder in the program directory. This folder is ignored by many users, but it contains a very helpful manual. Everyone should have a look at it as it answers many questions.
